As I journeyed inward,
I began to realise that it wasn’t my truth, desire, or authentic self guiding my life—but rather unprocessed pain, emotions, and limiting subconscious beliefs. I tried conventional methods, but many felt too rigid, disconnected from the ebb and flow of real, human experience.
As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive person, I needed something more intuitive—something gentler, more flexible, and deeply personal.
